01The service

TheVows lets couples create a digital invitation and wedding website, manage guests and events, collect RSVPs, plan seating and receive gifts. The service is operated by the service operator.

02Your account

• Accounts are for people aged 18 and over, with accurate details.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for activity in your account, including by partners you invite to manage it with you.

03Plans and payment

• Prices on the site include VAT. Payment is one-time per wedding, with no monthly fees and no per-guest fees.
• You can upgrade at any time by paying only the difference.
• Add-ons, such as automatic WhatsApp sending on Essential, are priced separately and shown before you pay.
• Cancellations follow the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations. You may cancel a purchase within 14 days of buying it by writing to us. We refund within 14 days, less a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower. Once invitations have been sent to guests the service has been delivered and can no longer be cancelled, unless the law says otherwise. People with disabilities, senior citizens and new immigrants may cancel within four months, as the law provides.

04Sending to your guests

• You are responsible for knowing the people you invite and being allowed to message them. The service may not be used to send advertising.
• When you share from your phone, the message is sent by you from your own account. We only prepare the wording and the link.
• With automatic sending, messages go out from the TheVows business number through WhatsApp Business, subject to Meta’s policies. Actual delivery also depends on outside providers.

05Gifts

Gifts by bit, PayBox or bank transfer pass directly between you and your guests; the site only shows the details you provide. Card gifts are processed by a licensed payment provider at a 2.5% fee, and you choose who pays it. We are not a party to the gift transaction.

06Your content

• What you upload (texts, photos and guest details) remains yours. You grant us a licence to display and process it to provide the service.
• You confirm you have the right to use your content and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights.
• We may remove offensive or unlawful content, including from the message wall.

07The AI assistant

The assistant suggests actions and texts, and nothing is saved without your approval. Please read each suggestion before you approve it.

08Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your wedding.

09Intellectual property

The designs, code, marks and content of TheVows belong to us or our licensors. They may not be copied or used outside the service.

10Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Israeli law. The competent courts in the district of our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
