Questions & answers
Good to know
Are messages sent from our own number?
Only if you choose. Sharing from your phone opens your WhatsApp with the message ready, and you press send. Automatic sending (included in Signature and Bespoke, an add-on on Essential) goes out from TheVows’ own business number, not yours.
Could our WhatsApp get blocked?
When you share from your phone, you send each personal message yourself, one at a time, just as you would to friends, rather than a bulk broadcast from your private number. With automatic sending, nothing goes out from your number at all.
What about guests without WhatsApp?
Send them an SMS from your phone, an invitation and reminders by email, or simply copy their personal link and send it however you like.
How do gifts work?
Gifts by bit, PayBox or bank transfer go straight to you, since your site simply shows your details. Card gifts go through a licensed Israeli payment provider at a 2.5% fee, and you choose whether guests add it on top or it comes out of the gift.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price on this site includes VAT. One payment per wedding, with no monthly fees and no per-guest fees.
Can we upgrade later?
Yes, at any point. You pay only the difference, and nothing you’ve entered is lost.
How long does the site stay live?
Through all your planning, on the day and for three months after the wedding. You can export your guest list, RSVPs and gifts to Excel at any time.
Can we try it before paying?
Of course. The interactive demo is open without signing up, and when you create your own site you can build and preview everything before you pay.
