01Who we are

The service is operated by el operador del servicio (“we”). We are the database controller for couples’ account details. For guest details, the couple decides whom to invite and what to enter, and we process that information on the couple’s behalf and on their instructions.

02What we keep about couples

• Account details: name, email address, phone number if given, and a password stored only as a hash, or Google sign-in.
• Wedding details: your names, dates, events, venues, and the texts and photos you add to your website and invitation.
• Purchase details: the plan you chose and your receipts. Card details are entered directly with the payment provider and are not stored by us.
• Conversations with the AI assistant and support requests.

03What we keep about guests

Guest information is entered by the couple, or by guests themselves when they reply:

• Names, household, side, and a phone number or email if the couple entered one.
• RSVP answers for each event, meal choices, and any extra questions the couple set.
• Dietary needs and allergies. This may be health information, so it is shown only to the couple and to people they authorise, and is used only to plan the meal.
• Messages and photos a guest chose to post on the message wall.
• Records of gifts given through the site (giver’s name, amount, message). Payment details themselves stay with the payment provider.

04Technical information

IP address, browser and device type, and server logs, for security, abuse prevention and operations. We use essential cookies only. The details are in the cookie policy.

05Why we use it

• To provide the service: building your website and invitation, and managing your guest list, RSVPs and seating.
• To send invitations and reminders to guests, only when the couple asks us to.
• To run the AI assistant: what you write to it, and the details it needs to answer, are sent to our AI provider solely to produce the reply.
• For support, security, fraud prevention and legal duties (for example, keeping invoices).
• For service updates. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

06You are not legally required to give us information

You are under no legal obligation to give us information. Without some details, such as an email address or your guests’ names, parts of the service won’t work.

07Who we share it with

We never sell personal information. We share it only with providers that help us run the service, to the extent needed and under confidentiality and security commitments:

• Hosting and cloud infrastructure: Vercel and a managed cloud database.
• Email delivery: Resend.
• Automatic WhatsApp sending, when enabled: Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform).
• Card gift payments: a licensed Israeli payment provider. Card payments are not live yet, and the provider will be named here before they are.
• The AI assistant and design studio: Anthropic.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

08Transfers outside Israel

Some providers store or process information outside Israel. Such transfers follow the Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 5761-2001, to countries or providers committed to an adequate level of protection.

09How long we keep it

• Your website and invitation stay live through your planning, on the day and for three months after. During that time you can export your guest list, RSVPs and gifts.
• After that, guest details are deleted or stripped of anything identifying within 30 days.
• Couples’ account details are kept while the account is active, and deleted on request.
• Invoices and financial records are kept as tax law requires, up to seven years.
• Demo sandboxes are deleted automatically after three days.

10Your rights

Under the law, anyone may review the information held about them, ask for inaccurate or outdated information to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, and opt out of marketing. Guests can contact the couple who invited them, or us directly. We reply within 30 days.

11Security

Information is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), passwords are stored only as hashes, and access is limited by role and logged. Personal invitation links are unique to each household, and private events are shown only to the people invited to them. We follow the Data Security Regulations and report serious security incidents as the law requires.

12Children

Accounts are for people aged 18 and over. Couples may list children as part of a household on their guest list.

If we haven’t resolved your request, you may contact the Privacy Protection Authority at Israel’s Ministry of Justice.

14Changes

If we change this policy materially, we’ll let couples know by email and in their dashboard before the change takes effect.
